Services

ViaParo AI provides AI-assisted product delivery and enablement, including scoped websites, automation, AI systems, project execution support, and custom software. Work is quoted case by case. The exact deliverables, timeline, fees, assumptions, and responsibilities for a paid engagement should be described in the accepted proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement for that engagement.

Proposals, payments, and changes

• Fees are based on the agreed scope for each client or project.
• Work begins after payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional work outside the accepted scope may require a separate quote.
• Invoices and payment links may be processed through Stripe.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, content, approvals, and any third-party account credentials or permissions needed to complete the agreed work. Delays in client feedback, access, or approvals may affect timing and delivery.

Ownership and licenses

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the custom work product created for them after full payment is received. ViaParo AI may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, processes, know-how, and reusable components used to deliver the work. Third-party software, hosting, fonts, integrations, and services are governed by their own licenses and terms.

No guarantee of specific business results

ViaParo AI works to deliver practical, useful systems, but does not guarantee a specific revenue result, lead volume, search ranking, platform approval, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside ViaParo AI's control.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or use the website for unlawful activity. ViaParo AI may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViaParo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.
