ViaParo uses AI to move faster, but authority stays with named people. The website is the marketing and acquisition layer. Governed workspace setup, agent identities, execution, metering, and audit evidence belong in Marginalia and Agent Work after an owner-reviewed engagement setup.
Operating path

The public site qualifies interest, explains the delivery model, and captures enough context to decide whether there is a real engagement to set up.

A human reviews the lead, confirms the sponsor, engagement mode, data boundary, systems involved, and approval path before any workspace is provisioned.

The governed workspace holds objectives, requirements, decisions, backlog, evidence, and change history. This website does not replace that workspace.

Agents may analyze, draft, dry-run, implement approved work, and assemble evidence. They do not receive implied business authority.
Engagement modes
The work can be done for you, with you, or transferred to your team. The chosen mode determines workspace access, agent identities, approval records, support boundaries, and offboarding expectations.
ViaParo runs the workspace and delivery loop for the client. The client sponsor still approves business meaning, scope, acceptance, and release decisions.
ViaParo administers the workspace while authorized client users inspect, contribute, and collaborate directly under named roles and approval boundaries.
The client owns the workspace, identities, integrations, recovery path, and operating policy. ViaParo supports, trains, reviews, or performs delegated work.
Human authority
Agents can draft, analyze, dry-run, implement approved tasks, and assemble evidence. They cannot infer approval, expand scope, expose secrets, merge, deploy, waive risk, or accept an outcome without explicit human authority.
Lead to engagement
Before a lead becomes an engagement, ViaParo confirms the operating model, the human sponsor, the boundaries around data and systems, and the evidence trail that will prove what happened.
